摘    要:目的:研究黄柏及其炮制品水提物体内、外抑菌作用。方法:体外抑菌试验通过测定抑菌圈直径考察黄柏及其炮制品水提物对不同菌株的敏感性;体内抑菌实验通过腹腔注射金黄色葡萄球菌复制小鼠模型,观察0.46、0.92、1.84g·kg-1黄柏及其炮制品水提物对小鼠死亡率的影响。结果:黄柏及其炮制品水提物体内、外均有不同程度的抑菌作用,以酒炙黄柏的抑菌作用最强;1.84g·kg-1酒炙黄柏对注射了金黄色葡萄球菌的小鼠死亡率改善作用较明显。结论:黄柏经酒炙后用于细菌性疾病的控制具有一定的科学性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the bacteriostatic effects of Phellodendron chinense and its processed products water extract in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: The sensitivity of P. chinense and its processed products water exteact to various germ strains was detected by in vitro bacteriostatic test. Effects of P. chinense(0.46,0.92, 1.84 g. kg^-1) and its processed products water extract on mortality of mice with peritoneal injection of Staphylococcus aurous were observed by in vivo bacteriostatic test. RESULTS: P. chi- nense and its processed products had varying degrees of bacteriostatic activity in vitro and in vivo, and the processed products with wine showed the best inhibitory effect. The processed products with wine 1.84 g.kg^-1 had the best effect on improving the mortality of mice with peritoneal injection of Staphylococcus aurous. CONCLUSION: It is scientific that the processed products with wine of P. chinense are used for the treatment of bacterial diseases.
