幼儿园培养5岁儿童口腔卫生保健习惯与预防龋齿的实践研究

目的 观察幼儿园培养5岁儿童口腔卫生保健习惯对预防龋齿的作用,为儿童防龋工作提供实践依据.方法 昆明市第十五幼儿园5岁儿童224人作为调查对象,对其进行口腔龋病检查及口腔保健行为问卷调查,之后随机分为实验组112人,对照组112人.对实验组培养口腔卫生保健习惯,2a后再次对实验组与对照组进行口腔龋病检查及口腔保健行为问卷调查,比较相关结果并作统计分析.结果 实验组患龋率(62.96％)、龋失补牙数(249颗)、龋均(2.31)明显低于对照组(69.23％、277颗、2.66),龋充填率(79.91％)明显高于对照组(38.82％),P＜0.05.实验组儿童口腔保健行为(刷牙次数,刷牙效果,零食习惯)均优于对照组.结论 培养幼儿园5岁儿童口腔卫生保健习惯是预防儿童龋病的有效途径.

The Research of Training Oral Health Habits to Kindergarten Children Aged 5 and Preventing Cavities Practice

Objective To provide some practical data for caries prevention by studying the effect of training 5-year-old children’s oral health habits in the kindergarten on the dental caries prevention.Methods 224 children of 5-year-old in the kindergarten of Kunming were collected.Caries status were examined,and data on oral health behavior were collected by questionnaires.Then 224 children were randomly divided into experimental group(112)and control group(112).The experimental group was cultured oral health habits.Oral caries examination and oral health behavior survey were taken two years after in the experimental group and control group.Results In experimental group,the prevalence of dental caries was 62.96%,the caries loss of fillings was(249),and DMFT was(2.31).They were significantly lower than the control group(69.23%,277,2.66).The filling rate(79.91%)was significantly higher than control group(38.82%)(P<0.05).Children’s oral health behavior of the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusion Training 5-year-old children’s oral health habits is an effective way to prevent caries.
