| 摘 要： | 目的提高肾错构瘤（RAML）诊断与治疗水平。方法回顾分析11例AML患者的诊断与治疗经验。结果2例观察者肿瘤未见明显变化，9例手术治疗，术后病理均证实为肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。结论B超、CT、MRI是诊断本病的主要检查方法，手术治疗的原则是尽可能的保留正常肾脏组织。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the diagnosis and treatment of renal angiomyolipoma. Methods: A retrospective analyisis of 11 cases with renal angiomyolipoma was performed. Results: Follow-ups in 2 cases remain stable,operation was performed on 9 patients and the diagnosis was demonstrated pathologically. Conclusion: A definite diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma depends on ultrasound B and computed tomography or MRI. Principle for surgical treatment is to retain normal kidney tissues as much as possible. |
