| 摘 要： | 剥离强度是皮鞋重要的物理 -机械性能指标之一 ,旨在检测帮底的胶接强度 ,但由于受多种因素的影响 ,剥离强度有时并不能够正确地反映胶接强度的高低。通过试验 ,本研究定量分析了大底硬度与成鞋剥离强度的关系。结果表明 :硬度较低的外底 ,其成鞋剥离强度测定值低于帮底的胶接强度值 ;中等硬度的外底 ,其成鞋剥离强度测定值可以比较准确地反映帮底的胶接强度 ;而硬度较大的外底 ,其成鞋剥离强度测定值高于帮底的胶接强度值 |

| Abstract: | Peeling strength is one of the important physical-mechanical properties of adhesive shoes. But it is influenced by several factors, so the peeling strength can not reflect the adhesive strength of shoes accurately. The relationship between hardness of rubber soles and shoe peeling strength was studied and the results show that the testing value of softer outsole is lower than the actual value; while the testing value of harder outsole is higher than the actual value; the sole with middle hardness has little influence on the peeling strength of shoes. |
