| 摘 要： | 目的 :比较两种方法制备的双歧双歧杆菌细胞壁组分即双歧杆菌完整肽聚糖 (WPG)和细菌裂解物 (BL)的免疫调节作用。方法:分别以化学提取法和超声法制备双歧杆菌完整肽聚糖和细菌裂解物。采用淋巴细胞转化法和溶血空斑法分别研究它们对细胞和体液免疫的调节作用。结果:与对照组比较,BL对T细胞有明显的刺激作用(P<0.05) ,WPG无此作用(P>0.05) ;二者对B细胞都有明显的刺激作用(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:双歧双歧杆菌的BL和WPG均有免疫调节作用 ,前者优于后者 ,预示有良好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the immunomodulate effect of two kinds of cell wall components of Bifidobacterium bifidum such as Whole Peptidoglycan (WPG) and bacterial lysates (BL) .Methods: Chemical extract method and sonicated methods were used to get WPG and BL of Bifidobacterium bifidum strain.Lymphocyte transforming assay and Plaque forming assay were used to evaluate the cellular and humoral immunoloregulation of above anaerobic preparations.Results: Compared with the control, BL can stimulate significantly celluar immunity (P<0.05),but WPG did not (P>0.05).Both of them can stimulate significantly humoral immunity (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: BL and WPG of Bifidobecterium bifidum both can increase the immunomodulating effect,but the former is better than the latter. |
