| 摘 要： | 借鉴WHO《手术安全核对表》理念与做法，在手术室内，由手术医师、麻醉医师、巡回护士三方，在麻醉实施前、手术开始前、病人离室前三个时间点，共同进行手术安全核对，以保证正确的手术病人、正确的手术部位、正确的手术方式，显著提高了手术团队人员的安全意识，减少了手术后并发症，保障了手术患者安全。

| Abstract: | According to the thoughts and measures of the Safe Surgery Saves Lives initiative, we implemented a revised version of the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist in PUMC hospital in 2009. During each operation process in OR, checks to confirm the fight patient, fight site and fight procedure should be taken by surgeon, anesthesiologist and nurse simultaneously at three time -point： before induction of anesthesia, before skin - incision and before leaving OR. By this way, we have improved the awareness of patient safety and the communications between surgical team members, decreased the incidence of postoperative complications, and assured the safe of surgery patients. |
