| 摘 要： | 以煤矿胶带集控系统的设计与应用为背景,采用AT89S52单片机和VB 6.0软件开发平台开发了胶带集控系统实验装置。该实验装置具有友好的上位机监控界面,通过RS232C通信协议实现上位机与单片机的通信功能,可实现对胶带跑偏、过速、温升、撕裂等故障的实时监测功能。该实验装置将煤矿胶带运输系统的实际工作环境和工艺流程再现于实验室,既可以应用到实际生产中,也可以通过二次开发培养学生的创新意识和能力。
