药物引发泛发性马拉色菌毛囊炎1例

马拉色菌毛囊炎主要是由球形马拉色菌感染所致的一种毛囊性损害的皮肤真菌病,多由糖皮质激素、抗生素和免疫抑制剂的广泛应用及饮食结构的改变引发,皮肤的损害为小面积或散在的毛囊损害,多发生在颈部、前胸、后背。本研究报道1例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者皮损分布广、面积大、损害程度严重、临床较为少见,以期为临床鉴别诊断提供线索。

Generalized malassezia folliculitis induced by drugs in one case

Malassezia folliculitis is a kind of dermatomycosis,which has follicles damage induced by malassezia globosa infection.Malassezia folliculitis is often caused by widespread use of glucocorticoid,antibiotic,immunosuppressant and change of dietary structure.Its skin damage manifests small area or scattered skin lesions,which often occurs in neck,chest and back.One case of patient with malassezia folliculitis is reported in the article.The clinical features of the patient shows large area of skin lesions and damage serious,which is rare in clinic.According to the report,the author hopes to provide clue for clinical differential diagnosis.
