X射线源焦点尺寸测量方法和标准综述

摘    要:x射线源焦点尺寸对于图像质量有显著影响,在高放大比和大焦点情形下,焦点模糊会降低图像的空间分辨率;此外,焦点尺寸也是衡量x射线源X-作性能的标准。本文介绍了焦点尺寸测量的相关概念和研究现状,对X射线源(包括X射线管和直线加速器)焦点尺寸的测量方法和标准进行了分析总结,也对焦点测量技术的最新进展和相关应用进行了介绍。

Review of measurement methods and standards of focal spot size of X-ray sources

Abstract:The focal spot size of X-ray source has great impact on the image quality, and focal blur can degrade spatial resolution of the image. In addition, focal spot size is an important standard to evaluate the performance of X-ray source. This article first introduces some conceptions and previous work related to the measurement of X-ray sources, then analyzes and summarizes relevant methods and standards. It also introduces new progress and applications in measurement techniques of X-ray focal spot size and puts for- ward several suggestions for the future work.
