摘    要:目的 观察急性心肌梗塞心绞痛发作 ,与梗塞范围及近期预后的关系。方法  2 1 9例急性心肌梗塞患者分为梗塞前 72小时有心绞痛组 ( A组 ) 93例 ,无心绞痛组 ( B组 ) 1 2 6例。对两组的梗塞面积 ,并发症和病死率进行比较分析。结果 有心绞痛组的心肌梗塞范围小 (两组间有显著差异 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ,住院期间严重心律失常、心力衰竭、心源性休克发生率及病死率均低于梗塞前无心绞痛组 (两组间有显著差异 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 急性心肌梗塞发病 72小时以前有心绞痛病史对心肌具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate a relationship between the scope of acute myocardial infarction and the influence of short-term pregnosis by objecting the happen of angina pectoris in 72 hours before acute myocardial. Methods Two hundred and ineteen hospitalized patients of AMI were divided into two groups:93 patients sith angina pectoris (A group) and 124 patients without angina pectoris (B group).The two groups were analyzed in aspects of infarctive scope,complications and morbility. Results The scope of myocardial infarction of A group is smaller than that of B group (P<0.05).The mortality of severe arrhythmias,heart failure and cardial shock and morbility during hospitalization of A group are lower than that of B group (P<0.05).Conclusions The history of angina pectoris in 72 hours before AMI has signififcantly protective functon to myocytes.The angiography showed that obvious formation of collateral circulation has progressively proven that it has a relation with pre-adaption of mycardial ischemia.
