| 摘 要： | 从可靠性、可用性和经济性的基本观点出发，对加热板式塑料管对接焊和电热丝套筒式塑料管承插焊两种焊接方法进行了对比分析，认为塑料管道焊接应优先采用加热板式对接焊方法。相对于套筒式焊接，该方法造成焊接缺陷的人为因素几科为零，因此焊接接头质量容易得到保证；该方法操作简单，几乎不用手工操作，整个焊接过程都由CNC系统控制；由于焊接时不需任何辅助材料，使得成本降低，特别是管径越大，管线越长，该优点更为突出。

| Abstract: | Based on reliability,usability and economic effectiveness,the two plastic pipe welding methods of heating element butt welding and heating element socket welding were compared in the paper.The result showed that the heating element butt welding is preferred between the two methods.It has merits of high quality welded joint,simple operation,welding process controlling by CNC system etc.Because no supplemental meterial is needed in welding,the welding cost reduces obviously especially for larger diameter pipe and longer pipline.$$$$ |
