| 摘 要： | 本文在研究低碳城市内涵的基础上,提出厦门市建设低碳城市的总体目标,并就建筑、交通、工业生产三大领域的CO2减排量提出控制要求。为了实现这一目标,本文从城市空间布局、产业结构调整、可再生能源利用、低碳生活方式、CDM清洁发展机制等方面提出对策措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of low-carbon city,the generalgoal of constructing Xiamen as a low-carbon city is proposed in this paper.The reductions of total CO2 emission for buildings,transportations,industries will be controlledaccording to the generalrequirements.In order to realizethis goal,some strategies on urban planning,industry re-structuring,renewable energy,low-carbon lifestyle,CDM,are also proposed. |
