| 摘 要： | 中国纸业近年来取得了举世瞩目的成就，根据国家统计局发布的数据，2009年，中国规模以上造纸企业纸及纸板产量达到9389万吨，已连续两年位居世界第一。这既是中国造纸界发奋图强的结果，也是与国际造纸业友好合作、互惠互利的成绩。
