摘 要: | 在分析浮阀型塔板泄漏数据的基础上,建立了适用于多种浮阀型塔板泄漏速率的通用模型。用本模型拟合不同塔径的 F-1重阀、F-4型浮阀、锥心浮阀(Hy-contact)及 A 型浮阀(KochFlexitray)试验数据,取得了较为满意的结果,可用于工程放大,便于编入电算程序进行工程计算。

A General Model for Correlation of Weeping Rates of Valve-type Trays |

Abstract: | A Semi-empirical general model for weeping rates of various types of valvetrays is proposed on the basis of experimental investigation of weeping distribu-tion on large trays.In the cases of F-1 and F-4 type valves it is found thatinherent relationship exists between fraction of opening of valves on the trayand weeping distribution.Correlation formulas are obtained by fitting the weeping data of F-1,F-4,Hy-contact,Koch Flexitray valves with the model.The calcu-lated valves of weeping rates agree quite well with the experimental data.Themodel and the correlation are simple and adequate for use in scale-up and com-puter calculation. |
