我国大气污染的灰色关联分析

摘    要:利用灰色关联模型考察能源消耗和环境治理对大气污染的紧密程度。能源消耗评价指标选取人均生活能耗、单位GDP能耗、总能耗和工业能耗占总能耗的比例;环境治理评价指标选取大气污染物治理投资额;大气污染物排放选取SO2年排放量、NOx年排放量和烟(粉)尘年排放量作为评价指标。结果表明,能源消耗各指标、污染物治理指标与大气污染物排放指标的灰色关联度均大于0.6,影响效果显著,尤其是能源消耗各指标对大气污染物排放的影响特别突出。

Abstract:The energy consumption and environment governance which influence the quality of atmospheric environment were selected and analyzed by grey correlation degree method. Eight indices which are energy consumption per capita, unit GDP energy consumption, total energy consumption, the percentage of industrial energy consumption in the total energy consumption, air pollution abatement cost, so2 emissions, NOx emissions and soot emissions are selected from three aspects of energy consumption, environmental governance, air pollutants. The results indicate that the main factors effecting the quality of atmospheric environment of china are the using amount of energy, the environmental governance. All the grey correlation degrees between energy consumption with air pollutants are greater than 0.6. So are the grey correlation degrees between environmental governance with air pollutants. And the energy consumption has obvious influence on air pollutants.
