舒利迭联合补肺中药治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨舒利迭联合补肺中药治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法：稳定期COPD患者180例按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组与对照组,每组90例。对照组给予舒利迭,观察组加用补肺中药。比较两组肺功能、血气分析、症状评分和生活质量指标,并评价疗效和不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为88.89%（80/90）,对照组为75.56%（58/90）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.47,P〈0.05）。观察组肺功能（FEV1/FVC、FEV1%、FEV1、FVC）、血气分析（PaO2、PaCO2）、症状评分和生活质量与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（4.45、4.31、5.87、4.10、4.02、4.11、4.23、5.34、4.78、4.56、4.92,P〈0.05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论：相比较单独使用舒利迭,联合补肺中药治疗稳定期COPD能显著改善肺功能、血气分析及临床症状,具有较好的临床疗效,并能明显提高患者的生活质量,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Therapeutic Effect Observation of Seretide plus Tonifying Lung Traditional Chinese Medicine on Treatment of Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of seretide plus tonifying lung traditional Chinese medicine on treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods：180 cases of stable COPD patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with each group of 90 cases. The control group was treated with seretide,the observation group were treated with tonifying lung traditional Chinese medicine. The pulmonary function,blood gas analysis,symptom score and quality of life index of two groups were compared,and to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 88. 89%（80 /90）,the control group was 75. 56%（58 /90）,the difference was statistically significant（ χ2= 5. 47,P〈0. 05）. The two groups had no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion：Compared with single use seretide,combined with tonifying lung traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of stable COPD can significantly improve lung function,blood gas analysis and clinical symptoms,has good clinical efficacy,and can improve the quality of life of patients,and no adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
