补中益气汤加味对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠炎症因子的影响

目的：研究TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、NO、iNOS在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的表达,并观察补中益气汤加味积雪草对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法：将40只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、消炎痛组、补中益气汤组（BZYQT）、补中益气汤加积雪草组（BZYQTJ）,每组8只,采用免疫组化法检测TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8,免疫组化法检测前列腺组织中iNOS的表达。结果：补中益气汤加积雪草组模型大鼠TNF-a、IL-6、IL-8的含量显著下降（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,前列腺组织中NO的含量显著下降（P〈0.01）,前列腺组织iNOS平均光密度值显著减小（P〈0.05）。结论：TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、NO、iNOS可能参与了慢性非细菌性前列腺炎发病过程,补中益气汤加积雪草可能是临床治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的一种新的选择。

Effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction added with Centalla Asiatica on Inflammatory Factors in Rats with Chronic Non- bacterial Prostatitis

Objective：To observe the expressions of TNF- α,IL- 6,IL- 8 and iNOS in chronic abacterial protatitis（CAP）; to observe the effects of Buzhong Yiqi decoction added with Centalla asiatica on CAP and discuss its mechanism. Methods：40 SD were randomly divided into 5 groups as normal control group,model control group,positive control group（Indometacin,4. 5 mg · kg- 1）,Buzhong Yiqi decoction（Buzhong Yiqi Tang,BZYQT） and BZYQT added with Centalla asiatica（BZYQTC）,8 rats in each group. Contents of TNF- α,IL- 6 and IL- 8 in serum were measured by solid phase enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） according to the kits＇ instruction and expressions of iNOS in prostate tissue were observed with immunohistochemical SP method according to the NOS2 antibody kit illustration. Results：The serum levels of TNF- α,IL- 6 and IL- 8 and the contents of NO in prostate tissue in rats of BZYQTC group were reduced significantly（P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）; The average optical density of iNOS in prostate tissue of BZYQTC group were decreased obviously（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions：TNF- α,IL- 6 and IL- 8 maybe the factors which participated the onset of CAP. Buzhong Yiqi decoction can be taken as a new choice for chronic abacterial prostatitis treatment in clinical.
