| 摘 要： | 目的:了解糖耐量减退(IGT)患者血糖与血脂水平的变化.方法:按照1997年美国糖尿病学会(ADA)建议的新标准筛选IGT患者496例(即IGT组),糖耐量正常人群1514例(即对照组),并对两者的空腹血浆葡萄糖(FBG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及TC/HDL-C进行测定和比较分析.结果:IGT患者组的FBG、TG、TC/HDL-C显著高于对照组(P＜0.01),TC、LDL-C也明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),而HDL-C明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:测定和分析结果表明IGT患者的血糖水平和血脂水平较对照组有明显变化.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study changes of blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with impaired glucose tolerance.Methods:According to 1997 ADA standard,496 patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT group) and 1514 persons whose glucose tolerance was normal were selected and their levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and ratio between TC and HDL-C were calculated and compared.Results:Significant differences were observed between patients and controls in the levels of FBG ( P <0.01),TG( P <0.01),TC( P <0.05),LDL-C( P <0.05),HDL-C( P <0.01),TC/HDL-C( P <0.01).Conclusion:The results show that blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with impaired glucose tolerance have changed significantly compared with controls. |
