| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妇产科手术后粘连性肠梗阻的治疗 .方法:分析30例妇产科手术后粘连性肠梗阻的临床特点和治疗.结果:保守治疗成功16例(53.3%),保守无效而中转手术14例(46.7%),9例行肠切除术.结论:妇产科手术后粘连性肠梗阻易发生肠绞窄,临床表现不典型,应采取积极的手术疗法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the treatment of adhesive ileus that occus after gynecologic operations.Methods:The clinical features and treatment effects of 30 patients with adhesive ileus occuring after gynecologic operations were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Sixteen cases(53.3%) were cured by conservative therapy.Fourteen cases(46.7%) were operated on because of noneffectiveness by conservative therapy,including nine cases who underwent enterectomy.Conclusions:Intestinal ischemia is commonly seen in patients with adhesive small bowel obstruction after gynecologic operations and the clinial features are atypical so surgery is the treatment of choice. |
