多形式化心理干预对腹腔镜子宫广切患者心理、情绪及性功能状态的影响观察

目的：观察探讨多形式化心理干预对腹腔镜子宫广切患者心理、情绪及性功能状态的影响。方法：选取2011年1月至2013年4月本院收治的68例腹腔镜子宫广切患者为研究对象,将68例患者根据随机分配的方式分为对照组（常规心理干预组）34例和观察组（多形式化心理干预组）34例,然后将两组患者分别于干预前及干预后不同时间采用医院焦虑抑郁量表、简明心境量表及女性性功能评价表进行心理、情绪及性功能状态的评估,然后将评估结果进行比较。结果：观察组干预后不同时间的医院焦虑抑郁量表及简明心境量表评分均好于对照组,女性性功能评价表各个指标评分均高于对照组,P均〈0.05,均有显著性差异。结论：多形式化心理干预对腹腔镜子宫广切患者心理、情绪及性功能状态的影响好于常规心理干预,更有助于患者术后各方面的恢复。

Effect of multiple psychological intervention on the psychological,emotional and sexual function of patients with laparoscopic uterus extensive resection

Objectives： To observe and investigate the influence of multiple psychological intervention on the psychological,emotional and sexual function of patients with laparoscopic uterus extensive resection. Methods： Sixty- eight patients with laparoscopic uterus extensive resection having received treatment in our hospital from May 2012 to April 2013 were selected as research objects and divided into control group（ routine psychological intervention group） and observation group（ polymorphic type psychological intervention group） randomly with 34 cases in each group. The psychological,emotional and sexual function of the 2 groups at different time before and after the intervention were evaluated respectively with hospital anxiety and depression scale,profile of mood states and female sexual function evaluation table,then the evaluation results of the 2 groups were compared. Results： The evaluation results of hospital anxiety and depression scale and profile of mood states of observation group at different time after the intervention were all better than those of the control group,and all the indexes of female sexual function evaluation table were also higher than those of the control group,with significant difference（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The influence of multiple psychological intervention on the psychological,emotional and sexual function of patients with laparoscopic uterus extensive resection are better than those of routine psychological intervention,thusly more helpful for the postoperative recovery of patients.
