| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了图书馆员2.0的职业内涵,探讨了2.0馆员在高校图书馆的角色定位,和需要掌握的专业技能,研究了在目前高校馆的现状下,采取多种渠道和方法培养2.0馆员,以期促进图书馆2.0事业的建设发展。
