| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）后并发症的观察及护理。方法：回顾分析121例行TURP术患者中术后并发症的临床资料,总结并发症的原因及相应的护理对策。结果：并发术后出血4例,经尿道电切综合征（TURS）2例,膀胱痉挛5例,术后感染4例,尿路综合征7例。所有并发症经积极治疗和护理,均痊愈。结论：了解TURP术后并发症的临床特点,有助于护理人员对TURP术后有针对性的病情观察和护理。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the Observation and nursing care of complications after transurethral resection of prostate (TURP). Methods: The clinical data of 121 cases undergoing TURP with postoperative complications for this retrospective analysis. to summarize the reasons for complications and nursing countermeasure. Results: postoperative bleeding in 4 cases, transurethral resection syndrome (TURS) in 2 cases, bladder spasm in 5 cases, postoperative infection in 4 cases, urinary tract syndrome in 7 cases,.... |
