石墨化和全石墨质阴极材料在350kA铝电解系列中的应用

摘    要:结合铝电解生产实际,在阴极压降、电压、铝水平、电流分布、炉底钢板温度、电流效率和电耗方面对比了石墨化和全石墨质阴极材料在350kA铝电解系列中的应用情况,用石墨化阴极的电耗比用全石墨质阴极的电耗低。

Abstract:Combined with the aluminum electrolysis production practice, the applications of graphitization and full-graphitic cathode materials in 350kA aluminum electrolysis were compared from the aspects of cathode pressure voltay drop, voltage, aluminum levels, current distribution, steel plate temperature at hearth bottom, current efficiency and power consumption. And the results showed that the power con- sumption of graphitization cathode is lower than that of full-graphitic cathode.
