高速光学模数转换器的研究现状及进展

摘    要:高速高精度模数转换器(Analog-to-digital Converters,ADC)是现代数字信息处理系统中的关键组成部分,现有的电子模数转换器存在运行速率严重受限的难题,因此引入光学方法实现高速高精度模数转换成为研究的热点。本文重点针对高速光学模数转换器的研究现状及进展进行了探讨,并对光学辅助、光采样电量化、电采样光量化以及全光采样量化目前4种最主要的光学模数转换器的原理、结构和最新的研究进展进行了详细的介绍。

Abstract:High speed and high resolution Analog-to-Digital Converter is a key part in the information processing system,the current electronic ADCs have difficulties for achieving high speed operation,so it becomes a hot research topic to introduce optic method into ADC area for high speed operation.In this paper,the current research situation and development of the high-speed optical ADC are discussed,we introduce the system structures and working principles,as well as latest research progress.In particular,we present the four main types of analog-to-digital converters in detail,i.e.photonic assisted ADC,photonic sampled and quantized ADC,photonic quantized and electronically sampled ADC,photonic sampled and quantized ADC.
