浮选尾煤回收工艺与设备应用实践

为了解决浮选尾煤系统在生产中存在部分煤泥水外排的情况,对开滦股份公司下属两选煤厂浮选尾煤回收系统实施了技术改造,采用不同的浮选尾煤脱水回收工艺与设备,粗颗粒分别采用沉降过滤式离心机＋高频筛和浓缩旋流器组＋弧形筛＋煤泥离心机两种方法回收,细颗粒采用快开隔膜压滤机回收,均取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,实现了煤泥厂内回收、一级洗水闭路循环的目标。

The Applied Practice of Coal Flotation Tail Recycling Process and Equipment

In order to solve the part of the coal slime water efflux existing coal flotation tail system in production, two coal flotation plant under Kailuan Company tail coal recovery system were reformed technically, different coal flotation tail water recycling technology and equipment were adopted, coarse particle ＋ high frequency sieve screen bowl centrifuge were used respectively to set and concentrated hydrocyclone screen ＋ ＋ arc coal slime centrifuge two methods of recycling, fine particles with quick opening diaphragm f＇dter press recovery, which achieved good economic and social benefits, implemented the coal slime recovery, level of wash water closed-circuit circulation inside the plant goals.
