综掘高效除尘技术及装备研究与实践

以蒋庄煤矿综掘工作面为例,从提高综掘工作面综合降尘角度出发,利用快速注水技术、封闭式控尘抽尘技术、化学抑尘技术及装备降低综掘工作面煤尘,结果表明,综掘面粉尘治理工作取得了显著效果,掘进工作面全尘、呼尘平均降尘率高达81.7%、78.7%,司机作业处全尘和呼尘的降尘率分别达到了93.2%和92.3%,除尘风机后的沉降效率最高,分别达到了95.4%与94%。数据表明,综掘防尘综合技术的应用大大改善了井下掘进工作面的生产环境,对煤矿安全高效生产起到了积极作用。

Research and Practice of Fully Mechanized Mining Efficient Dust Removal Technology and Equipment

Fully mechanized mining face of Jiangzhuang Mine was taken as the example, from the perspective of improving comprehensive mining working face dust fall, using rapid water injection technology, enclosed dust control technology,chemical technology and equipment of dust suppression to reduce comprehensive mining working face dust, the result showed that fully mechanized mining face dust control got good effect, the average dust fall of whole dust and breathing dust achieved by 81.7% and 78.7%, the dust fall of whole dust and breathing dust in driving area achieved by 95.4% and 94%.The data showed that the application of comprehensive mining dust prevention technology greatly improved the production environment mining face underground, which played a positive role for effective and safe mine production.
