| 摘 要： | 对如何控制圆锥齿轮热处理畸变进行了试验和分析，结果表明，通过改变装炉的方式、淬火方法和控制冷却，能有效地控制齿轮的畸变，解决了生产中的关键问题。

| Abstract: | Measures to control heat treatment distortion of the cone gears were tested and analyzed.The results show that the distortion of cone gears can be controlled effectively by proper charging method,quenching process and cooling control,and the key problems in production is solved. |
