低温粉碎系统中旋风分离器设计

摘    要:旋风分离器是一种应用离心力进行粉体分离的设备。低温粉碎系统应用它分离粉体并起集粉作用。它的效率决定了物质回收率。本文从离心加速度与重力加速度的比值,筒体的高低,筒体直径,进口速度叙述对分离器效率的影响。着重叙述筒体直径确定方法,以及我们设计造长筒形旋风分离器的具体结构和令人满意的试验结果。

Abstract:The cyclone collector is a device which depends on the centrifugal force to Separate powder. Cryogenic pulverization system uses it to Seperate and collect powder. The substance recovery is determined by its efficiency. This paper introduces the influence on the cyclone collector from the ratio of centrifugal acceleration and acceleration of gravity, the heght and diameter of the barrel and the input velocity. Especially the determination method of the barrel diameter, the structure and experimental results of the longbarrel shape of cyclone collector designed by us are described.
