摘    要:绕组分段永磁同步直线电机(WS-PMLSM)定子特殊的分段结构导致动子在跨段过程中各关键电磁参数将随动子位置改变而剧烈变化,从而将给实施无位置传感器控制带来巨大的挑战与困难。为解决这一问题,首先利用有限元分析及实验测试的方法对动子跨段过程中关键电磁参数的非线性变化规律进行分析,从而构建WS-PMLSM的精确数学模型;然后针对相邻两段定子观测反电动势信号幅值变化的规律,提出基于反馈自适应滑模观测器的段间观测反电动势同步合成法,以取得段间磁极位置的精确辨识,最终实现其在宽调速范围内全行程无传感器电流-速度双闭环运行;最后对所提算法进行仿真分析和实验测试,结果证明该方法有效可行。

Sensorless Control of Winding Segmented Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor
Abstract:The fundamental electromagnetic parameters of WS-PMLSM changes according to the position variation of shuttle,which is caused by the effect of magnetic field coupling between the segments and end effect.All these factors must lead to the failure of implementing conventional sensorless control.First of all to solve this problem the study adopts the finite element analysis and experimental test methods to research and gets the variation rules between parameters and the position of shuttle,then an accurate mathematical model of WS-PMLSM is established based on these studies.In order to archive WS-PMLSM speed and current double closed-loop operation at the wide-range speed regulation and full stroke without position sensor,this paper puts forward a kind of sensorless control methods according to the characteristics of inter-segment estimated back-EMF,which is adopted feedback adaptive sliding-mode observer (FA-SMO) combined with inter-segment estimated back-EMF synchronized method.Ultimately,simulation and experiments are delivered to verify the accuracy and reliability of the proposed methods.
