清热活血法与养阴生津法治疗干燥综合征的比较研究

目的：观察干燥综合征中医证候特点,比较清热活血法与养阴生津法的临床疗效.方法：79例患者分成清热活血组38例、养阴生津组22例、西药组19例,疗程为3个月,比较各组治疗前后患者的症状和实验室指标改善情况.结果：79例患者中阴虚证75例（94.9%）、血瘀证55例（69.6%）、热毒证41例（51.8%）;清热活血组、养阴生津组和西药组的临床总有效率分别为81.5%、68.1%和78.9%,3组间差异无显著性（P＞0.05）;清热活血组治疗后口干和眼干积分显著减少（P＜0.01）,而西药组对口干、眼干症状改善不明显.结论：中药与西药治疗综合疗效相当,但清热活血中药能够显著改善口干、眼干等症状.

Comparative Study on the Method of Clearing Away Heat and Activating Blood Circulation and the Method of Nourishing Yin and Promoting the Production of Body Fluid in Treatment of Sjogren Syndrome

Objective:To observe characteristics of TCM syndromes of sjoigren syndrome and to compare clinical therapeutic effects of the method of clearing away heat and activating blood circulation and the method of nourishing Yin and promoting the production of body fluid on sjogren syndrome.Methods:79 cases were divided into a group of clearing away heat and activating blood circulation (n=38),a group of nourishing Yin and promoting the production of body fluid (n=22) and a western medicine group(n=19).They were treated for 3 months.Their symptoms,signs and laboratory indexes before and after treatment were compared.Results:Out of the 79 cases,75 cases were yin-deficiency syndrome(94.9%),55 cases blood stasis(69.6%),41 cases toxic heat syndrome(51.8%);The clinically total effective rate was 81.5%,68.1% and 78.9% in the group of clearing away heat and activating blood circulation,the group of nourishing Yin and promoting the production of body liquid,and the western medicine group respectively,with no significant difference among the 3 groups(P>0.05).The cumulative scores for dry mouth and dry eyes significantly reduced in the group of clearing away heat and activating blood circulation,but dry mouth and dry eyes in the western medicine group did not significantly improve.Conclusion:Chinese drug and the western medicine have similar therapeutic effect,but Chinese drug for clearing away heat and activating blood circulation can significantly improve dry mouth and dry eyes.
