齿形扶正器的研制

齿形扶正器属于油田采油机械领域。现有扶正器有易疲劳损伤、对接不严、流阻损耗的缺点。针对上述不足进行了改进,提出了一种强度高、对接严、流阻损耗小的齿形扶正器,取得了良好效果。其由杆体、上扶正块和下扶正块组成,两扶正块对接面为锯齿形,下扶正块锯齿形对接面下凹底角顶线有30°以上的倾角,两扶正块外侧导油槽的上、下两端呈流线体展宽。经现场试用表明,齿形扶正器具有扶正和增油双重功能,有较高的推广应用价值。

The developing of toothlike centralizer

Toothlike centralizer belongs to the field of oil-extracting machinery for oil field.The current centralizer has such defects as being apt to tire and wear off,worse seal and the wasting of fluid resistance.The following article will aim at above weaknesses and in the meantime make some improvements on them,introducing a kind of toothlike centralizer that has high mechanical intensity,better seal and less wasting of fluid resistance,thus picking up an ideal effect.It is composed of rod body,upper centralizing part and lower centralizing part,the interface looks like many teeth,the concave line of the toothlike interface of the lower centralizing part inclining over 30 degree;the upper and lower ends of the oil canals that lie outside both centralizing parts look streamline and very wide.On-the-spot trial indicates that toothlike centralizer can both centralize and increase oil output and is really worth popularizing and applying.
