| 摘 要： | 例1男,86岁,头面部紫红色斑,眼眶紫红色水肿进行性加重3年。例2男,85岁,左前头部红斑增生,中央坏死溃疡2个月余。例3男,87岁,右侧头皮大片紫红色斑伴溃疡结痂1个月。皮肤组织病理及免疫组织化学染色均符合血管肉瘤。

| Abstract: | Case 1 was an 86-year-old male presented purple-red macula on on the head and face accompanied with eyelid progressive edema aggravated for three years.Case 2 was an 85-year-old male showed erythematous plaques in left anterior head for more than two months,visible ulcers in the center of the lesion.Case 3 was an 87-year-old male presented with a large purple-red patches on the right scalp accompanied by ulcer and crusts for 1 month.The histopathological and immunohistochemical examination indicated angiosarcoma. |
