船舶推进轴系振动控制研究

摘    要:推进轴系运行引起的振动是船舶艉部振动噪声的主要噪声源,轴系振动控制对船舶振动噪声控制有重要意义。从系统动力特性设计角度出发,对影响轴系振动的因素进行了理论分析,提出了控制轴系纵向一阶叶频临界转速、缩短推进器悬臂长度、开展轴系与结构动力学匹配设计等振动控制措施。通过台架试验对理论研究结果进行了验证,结果表明所提出的振动控制措施切实有效,对实船推进轴系振动控制具有实际指导意义。

Abstract:Vibration caused by propulsion shafting operation is the main noise source of ship stern noise. Shafting vibration control is of great significance to ship vibration and noise control. From the view of system dynamic characteristic, the factors affecting shafting vibration were analyzed theoretically. Vibration control measures were put forward, such as controlling the axial critical speed of first-order blade frequency of shafting, shortening the cantilever length of propeller, and developing the matching design of shafting and structural dynamics. The theoretical research results were verified through a series of trials. The results show that the proposed vibration control measures are effective and have practical guiding significance for the vibration control of ship propulsion shafting.
