黄芪佐治活动期斑秃的临床观察

目的观察黄芪对活动期斑秃患者疗效和复发率的影响。方法 87例活动期斑秃患者随机分成两组,治疗组48例口服黄芪颗粒4 g,2次/d,共3个月;同时皮损内注射醋酸曲安奈德,2周1次,共4次。对照组39例仅皮损内注射醋酸曲安奈德。结果治疗4周时,治疗组轻拉试验阴转率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.05,P〉0.05）;治疗12周后,治疗组有效率为89.6%,对照组为71.8%,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=4.54,P〈0.05）;治疗后3个月,治疗组复发率为9.3%,对照组为35.7%,差异具有统计学意义（χ2=4.54,P〈0.01）。两组局部不良反应轻,无全身性不良反应。结论黄芪佐治活动期斑秃能有效改善活动期斑秃患者的疗效和复发率。

Chinese herb medicine Huangqi as adjuvant therapy for alopecia areata patients in active period

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese herb medicine Huangqi as adjuvantherapy for alopecia areata patients in active period. Methods Eighty seven patients w ith active alopecia areata w ere randomly divided into study group（ n = 48） and control group（ n = 39）. All patients received local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate once every 2 w eeks,four time,in addition patients in study group w ere orally administrated w ith Huangqi granules（ 4 g,tw ice one day） for 3 months. Results After 4 w eeks of treatment,the gently pull test negative conversion rate has no statistics significance betw een tw o groups（ χ2= 0. 05,P ＆gt; 0. 05）. After 12 w eeks of treatment,the efficacy rate in study group w as 89. 6% w hile the control group w as 71. 8%（ χ2= 4. 54,P ＆lt; 0. 05）. In 3 months after treatment,the overall recurrence rate of study group w as 9. 3% and that of control group w as 35. 7%（ χ2= 4. 54,P ＆lt; 0. 01）. The local adverse reactions w ere mild in tw o groups,and no systemic adverse reactions w ere observed. Conclusion Huangqi as adjuvant therapy can effectively improve the therapeutic outcomes and reduce the recurrence rate for alopecia areata patients in active period.
