作业流程重组在消毒供应室管理中的应用

目的探讨作业流程重组在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果。方法针对原有流程中存在的问题制订整改措施,包括班次重组、工作流程重组、质量管理流程重组等。比较流程重组前后器械清洗和灭菌包缺陷发生率、每周用于器械清洁消毒的平均工作时数及临床科室和科内工作人员对供应室工作的评价情况。结果作业流程重组后器械清洗和灭菌包缺陷发生率较重组前低,每周用于器械清洁消毒的平均工作时数较重组前缩短,临床科室和科内工作人员对供应室工作的的满意度较重组前提高,重组前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论工作流程重组在提高供应室器械清洁消毒质量和工作效率的同时,提高了工作人员对供应室工作的满意度。

Work flow recombination in the management of sterilization and supply center

Objective To evaluate the effect of work flow recombination on the management of sterilization and supply center. Methods In response to the problems occurred in our previous work, we formulated measures about the recombination of shift arrangement, work flow and the management quality in work flow. Then we assessed the cleaning of the machines, the flaw rate of the sterilization packages, average working time used on the sterilization and disinfection of the instruments every week and the opinions of the staff who work in the clinical department and the sterilization and supply center. Results After the recombination of work flow, the flaw rates of the machines＇ cleaning and the sterilization packages were decreased, the average working time for the cleaning and disinfection of appliances was shortened. The satisfaction of the workers to the sterilization and supply center is improved. There were statistical differences before and after work flow recombination （all P〈 0.05）. Conclusion work flow recombination improved the quality of sterilization and disinfection and the work efficiency of sterilization and supply center, meanwhile, it improved workers＇ satisfaction of their work place.
