慢性精神分裂症心理社会干预的研究

目的探讨心理社会干预对慢性精神分裂症患者精神症状及认知功能的影响。方法将100例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组(药物治疗联合心理社会干预组48例)和对照组(单纯药物治疗组52例)。分别在两组入组时及治疗3个月后进行阳性症状和阴性症状评定量表(PAN SS)和听觉事件相关电位的评定。结果 3个月后,实验组PAN SS评定阴性量表分、反应缺乏因子和抑郁因子评分均下降(分别为t=2.01,2.10,2.04;P均<0.05),事件相关电位靶刺激P 3潜伏期缩短和波幅升高(分别为t=3.04,P<0.01;t=2.04,P<0.05)。结论心理社会干预对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的精神症状及认知功能有重要作用。

Study on Efficacy of Psychosocial Intervention for Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

Objective To explore the effect of psychosocial intervention on improving psychosis symptoms and cognitive function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia were assigned randomly into test group(antipsychotic plus psychosocial intervention,n=48) and control group(antipsychotic only,n=52).They were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) and examined by the auditory event-related potentials(ERP) at entry and after 3-month follow-ups.Results After 3-month follow-up,significant reductions were observed in negative scores(t=2.01,P<0.05),response faltering scores(t=2.10,P<0.05) and depression scores(t=2.04,P<0.05);There were significant reductions for the N3 latency and significant increasement for N3 amplitude(t=3.04,P<0.01;t=2.04,P<0.05 respectively) of the intervention group compared to the control group.Conclusion Psychosocial intervention can effectively improve psychosis symptoms and cognitive function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
