综合呼吸功能训练对老年肺肿瘤病人术后呼吸功能的影响

摘    要:目的通过对老年肺肿瘤手术病人进行综合呼吸功能训练,观察呼吸功能训练对病人术后呼吸功能状况的影响。方法便利抽取老年肺肿瘤手术病人60例,随机分为观察组30例与对照组30例。对照组研究对象给予常规护理,观察组除给予常规护理外,自人院第2天至术后第7天还给予一对一的综合呼吸功能训练干预措施。结果观察组术后第3-第7天的主观呼吸功能障碍程度评分均较对照组下降(P〈0.05);观察组术后第3天与第7天VC%、FVC%、FEV1%3项肺功能指标值及动脉血氧分压均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论综合呼吸功能训练能够改善老年肺肿瘤病人术后呼吸功能状况,提高术后动脉血氧分压,但是对术后动脉血二氧化碳分压没有影响.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of systematic respiratory functional training on the postoperative respiratory function of elderly lung cancer patients. Methods 60 conveniently sampled elderly patients with lung cancer were evenly randomized into observation and control groups. Those in the control were given routine nursing and those in the observation group were intervened with one-to-one systematic respiratory functional training from the second day after administration to the seventh day after operation. Results The score on spontaneous respiratory dysfunction from the third to the seventh day in the observation group was decreased more than in the control group (P〈0.05). The indexes at VC%, FVC% and FEV1% from the third and the seventh day in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Systematic respiratory functional training may improve the postoperative respiratory function of elderly lung cancer patients, increase postoperative arterial oxygen pressure, but pose no influence on postoperative arterial carbon dioxide pressure.
