肺真菌病CT表现分析

目的 探讨肺真菌病CT影像表现特征，提高影像诊断水平。方法 回顾分析肺真菌病24例，手术病理证实9例、痰培养7例、经皮穿刺活检证实5例、纤支镜刷检及活检2例、脑脊液培养证实1例。全部病例均行全肺CT及病灶处高分辨率CT（HRCT）检查。结果 左肺5例，右肺11例，双肺多发8例。病灶常多发，且以两肺下叶受侵最常见。病灶呈单／多发结节或肿块10例（41．6％）；呈单／多发斑片影者共6例（25．0％）；斑片与结节影混合者共8例（33．3％）。结论 CT对有特征性表现的肺真菌病可做出诊断。

CT findings of pulmonary mycosis:report of 24 cases

Objective To analyse and evaluate the CT findings in diagnosis of pulmonary!mycosis and to improve its radiological diagnosis.Methods The CT findings of 24 cases of pulmonary mycosis were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnosis in all cases was confirmed by surgery,CT guide needle biopsy,sputum exam and cerebrospinal fluid culture for fungus.All of the cases had CT scan,and 15 cases had HRCT scan additionally.Results Solitary/multifocal mass or nodule(10 cases),solitary or multiple patchy foci(6 cases),patchy foci mixed with nodules(8 cases).Conclusion Pulmonary mycosis with characteristic manifestation can be correctly diagnosed by CT scan.
