体外诱导骨髓间充质干细胞向神经细胞分化的研究进展

骨髓间充质干细胞因其具有多向分化的能力，被广泛应用于临床中，特别是用于治疗神经退行性疾病。体外诱导分化骨髓间充质干细胞的方法很多，也有很多中药作为诱导剂参与其的诱导分化。目前诱导分化的方法主要分为两大类:化学诱导法及共培养法。诱导分化后细胞的鉴定主要是通过观察细胞的形态、分析细胞的增殖能力、检测细胞表面标志物等方法。不同诱导方法的诱导机制不一样，诱导分化的结果也不一样。本文对骨髓间充质干细胞体外诱导分化为神经元细胞的方法及研究进展进行综述。

Research progress of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were induced into nerve cell differentiation in vitro

Because of the ability of multi-directional differentiation，bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are widely used，especially in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.A lot of methods can be used，also there are lots of traditional Chinese medicine as inducers.Current differentiation methods are divided into two categories:chemical derivation and the culture together.Different induction methods lead to different results.In this overview，bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were induced into nerve cell differentiation in vitro and research progress were presented.
