氢化泼尼松治疗肾病综合征合并急性肾功能衰竭疗效分析

目的观察肾病综合征合并急性肾功能衰竭的临床特点，比较氢化泼尼松与地塞米松治疗肾病综合征合并急性肾功能衰竭疗效分析。方法以2005年6月至2007年11月本院收治的肾病综合征合并急性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象，共42例；其中2005年6月至2006年12月共22例为对照组，急性期采用地塞米松静脉滴注治疗；2007年2月至2007年11月共20例为治疗组，急性期采用氢化泼尼松静脉滴注治疗。结果氢化泼尼松治疗组少尿期持续时间及肾功能恢复时间均少于地塞米松治疗组，消化道症状等不良反应较对照组轻。结论氢化泼尼松治疗肾病综合征合并急性肾功能衰竭与地塞米松相比，疗效较好，可缩短少尿期及肾功能恢复时间。

Analysis of effects of Prednisolone on nephritic syndrome with acute renal failure

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of nephritic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure and to compare the effects of prednisolone with dexamethasone on the patietns with nephritic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure. Methods 42 patitents of nephritic syndrome complicated with acute renal failure were selected who were in our hospital from June,2005 to November,2007. They were divided into control group (n = 22), some of them in our hospital from June,2005 to December, 2006 and treated with Dexamethasone and experiment group (n = 20) and others in our hospital from February, 2007 to November, 2007 and treated with prednisolone. The therapeutic outcome of both groups were compared with each other. Resuits There were significant difference in duration of oliguria stage and renal function recovery between the two groups, the side-effects of digestive tract was lower in experiment patients. Conclusion The effect of prednisolone is better than dexamethasone on nephritic syndrome with acute renal failure, it can shorten the duration of oliguria stage and renal function recovery.
