| 摘 要： | 以膨润土为原料，考察其对不同陈醋的澄清稳定作用，结果表明彭润土对高酸度低固含量的陈醋具有很好的处理效果，且无需过虑，是一种简便可行易于推广的办法。

| Abstract: | We settled different mature vinegar with the bentonite in this paper.The results showed that bentonite cound settle mature vinegar （low solid content）very well,and that this system needn＇t be filtered.So this was a very effective way of settling mature vinegar. |
