摘    要:利用二次烧成工艺研究添加剂MgO、SiO2对抑制钛酸铝热分解的作用及其机理。研究结果表明,MgO和SiO2复合添加剂可以显著提高钛酸铝的热稳定性和抗弯强度,添加10%MgO(摩尔分数)和15%SiO2(摩尔分数)所制备的钛酸铝陶瓷的抗弯强度为50.07MPa,平均热膨胀系数仅为0.2×10-6/℃(RT~1000℃),在1100℃下保温50h不分解,保温150h其分解量也仅为9.5%。

Abstract:Effects and mechanisms of magnesia and silica additives on restraining thermal decomposition of aluminium titanate were studied by double-firing process. The results show that stability and flexural strength can be remarkably improved by adding composite additives of magnesia and silica. The flexural strength of the aluminium titanate prepared by adding 10 mol% magnesia and 15 mol% silica increases by 56% and the average thermal expansion coefficient is only 0.2×10-6/℃(RT~1 000 ℃). And when holding at 1 100 ℃ for 50 h, the aluminium titanate has no decomposition, even holding for 150 h, the decomposition ratio is only 9.5%.
