高温高压气井测试中合理生产压差的确定方法

摘    要:高温高压气井测试中合理生产压差的确定需要综合考虑使气流能够在井筒中携液、返排侵入地层中的泥浆固相颗粒、避免井壁出砂、满足测试工具性能要求等;地层不出砂压差计算还涉及到井壁岩石的强度计算、气流流速计算等。综合这些计算结果所确定的生产压差可以确保测试过程的安全及测试结果的可靠性。

Abstract:To ascertain how to produce differential pressure reasonably during the course of high temperature and pressure gas well testing,we must consider synthetically the following situations: both liquid in well bore and solid phase particles of mud in strata can be carried out through airflow;we must avoid sand production out of borehole walls and make the selected differential pressure meet the demands of the testing instrument capability;the calculation of differential pressure when no sand comes out of strata covers the calculation of strength of rock of borehole walls and airflow velocity,etc.The differential pressure determined from these calculations can ensure safe testing and reliable testing results.
