| 摘 要： | 文章分析了林权管理的现状和需求，在此基础上提出并实现了基于C／S与B／S模式的林权管理信息系统。在系统的设计与实现过程中，讨论了系统功能结构、B／S模式优化、数据库优化、ADO等关键技术，并结合实际对有关的设计工作进行了说明。

| Abstract: | According to the analyzing of the actuality and requirement of the management of forestright, this paper introduced the design and implementation of MIS of forestright based on C/S and B/S structure .The structure of system and subsystems ,the function of system are discussed first ,and then the optimize of B/S structure ,the optimize of database ,ADO are explained and described in the examples to demonstrate their application successfully. |
