仪纶~(TM)纬平针织物的抗起毛起球性能

摘    要:本文分别选用环锭纺、赛络纺、赛络紧密纺纺纱工艺,制备了同等纱支的仪纶~(TM)纯纺、仪纶~(TM)/棉(65/35)混纺针织纱线及其纬平针织物,对比测试了纱线性能及其织物抗起毛起球性能。实验结果显示:不同纺纱工艺的仪纶~(TM)针织纱线总体性能相似,赛络紧密纺纱线纱体结构更均匀;赛络纺织物的抗起毛起球性较环锭纺织物高0.5级,赛络紧密纺织物的抗起毛起球性明显好于环锭纺织物;混纺织物的抗起毛起球等级和起球粒数均有所改善。

Anti-fuzzing-pilling Performance of the YilonTM Jersey Fabrics
Abstract:Ring spinning, siro spinning and siro compact spinning were adopted to produce pure YilonTMand YilonTM/cotton blended yarns of same yarn count, which were then knitted into jersey fabrics. The properties of both yarns and the anti-fuzzing-pilling performance of the knitted fabrics were tested. The experimental results showed that the yarns produced with different spinning process have similar properties, but the siro-compact-spun yarn had more uniform surface construction. The anti-fuzzing-pilling performance of the YilonTM jersey fabrics in siro-spun yarn was 0.5 grade higher than those in ring-spun yarn, and fabrics in siro-compact-spun yarn outperformed those in ring-spun yarn. Compared with pure YilonTM jersey fabrics, both the anti-fuzzing-pilling performance and the pilling value of YilonTM/cotton blended fabricswere signiifcantly improved regardless of what spinning technology was adopted.
