| 摘 要： | 软件产品的质量出自于软件设计过程,持续优化的软件过程管理方法能使软件过程产生的软件缺陷处于受控状态。结合六西格玛管理思想,提出并建立基于六西格玛的软件过程缺陷管理方法模型,将有关的方法工具引入到相应的模型中,为软件过程缺陷管理提供更有效的解决方案。软件过程缺陷管理方法模型从质量度量的角度对软件开发过程进行设计与优化,对软件设计过程中产生软件缺陷的因素进行跟踪与消除,使开发的软件产品具有更高的质量,从而获得更好的顾客满意度。

| Abstract: | Based on sixsigma,the software process defects management model is established.The model combines the method of six sigma to provide effective solution for software process defects management.The model can get better quality and better customer satisfaction by optimizing the software development process,tracking adverse factors and eliminating defects. |
