| 摘 要： | 采用访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对河北省43名少年乒乓球教练员进行研究分析,表明教练员训练科学化水平较低,影响了河北省乒乓球运动的持续发展,加强少年乒乓球教练员队伍建设至关重要。

| Abstract: | Based on some interviews,questionnaires and statistics on the subjects of 43 youth Table Tennis coaches in Hebei , the author studies and analyzes their scientific degree of training.In view of the low level in the results, the author gives the suggestion that it is necessary for administration to enhance the team construction of youth Table Tennis coach. |
