动态汽车衡的发展与道路安全密切相关,从高速公路计重收费到普通公路非现场执法,以及目前正在开展的高速公路入口劝返系统等,其基础就是动态汽车衡。我国依据OIML国际建议制定了检定规程、型式评价、国家标准,但由于国情以及使用场合的差异,个别检定项目和操作存在理解和认知的困惑,本文就其问题进行思考和探讨,与大家分享。

Reflection on dynamic truck scale and its verification

The development of dynamic truck scale is closely related to road safety, from highway weight collection to off-site law enforcement of ordinary highway, as well as highway entrance return system, etc., which is based on dynamic truck scale. China has formulated verification regulations, type evaluation and national standards according to OIML’s international Suggestions. However,due to the differences in national conditions and application occasions, there are some problems in understanding and cognition of individual verification projects and operations. This paper thinks about and discusses the problems and shares them with you.
