| 摘 要： | 由于电子证据是以数字化信息编码的形式出现的数据表现形式,因而具有高科技性、间接性、隐蔽性等特点,决定了电子证据的固定与刑事诉讼中其它证据收集的传统方法有较大的区别。固定电子证据应当遵循合法性、完整性、正当性以及科学性的程序规则。

| Abstract: | The electronic evidence has high-tech, indirect and convert characters, because it appears with the features of digital information codes. It determines that the fixation of electronic evidence should be different from other evidence collection measures. The fixation of electronic evidence should follow the rules of legality, integrality, justness and science. |
