| 摘 要： | 用反相高效液相色谱法测定了川芎单煎剂，川芎、丹参合煎剂，川芎、当归合煎剂及改味四物场中阿魏酸的含量。结果表明，各组汤剂中阿魏酸的含量有显著差异（P＜0．001），配伍熟地对阿魏酸的溶出具有助溶作用。
